Due to PPI's annual volume of construction materials and our strong relationships with top suppliers, we are able to guarantee delivery dates, obtain the best pricing, assure product availability, and provide the best warranties in our industry. These vendors provide many additional services to PPI at no charge, a smart decision considering the impact of their relationship to their largest customer. These relationships, built from decades of respect, honesty, and fair business practices are still honored today. This ensures each project remains on schedule and within budget.

SAFETY

Safety is the first priority of PPI, as it should be. We go beyond having all job site personnel OSHA trained, in addition to implementing the most stringent safety policies and constantly performing job site inspections. We have an impeccable track record and have received numerous safety awards.
